Dubois K–12

Home of the Rams

Welcome

Fremont County School District #2 is one campus in Dubois, Wyoming. We serve about 150 students from kindergarten through high school. The town sits between the Wind River Reservation and the edge of Yellowstone country. Dubois is pronounced dew-boys.

Classes stay small. Teachers usually work as a department of one. Families know the staff, and Friday nights still fill the gym or the field.

About us

Dubois K–12 School

All-school photo in the gym, 2025–2026

This is a one-campus district: preschool through grade 12, about 150 students, and a staff that covers a lot of ground. Most teachers work as a department of one, so students get known. Living in a small, isolated town has its challenges. It also means the school can take kids outside — ranches, water testing, and the hills around town — instead of only reading about them.
